How can I purchase
products from Oh!
Tillie
You
can purchase our products using PayPal
which is globally recognised as a safe
and convenient way to shop. Once you have
chosen your products, click on ‘Check out
with PayPal’ and in just a few easy
clicks your order will be complete.
Follow the links that take you to PayPal
payment processing and then continue to
follow the
steps.
If you have a PayPal account,
you will need to log in. If you do not have a
have a PayPal account, you will need to enter
your details on a web page protected by PayPal.
Please make sure you review your selection and
all of your details before completing the
purchase. Once the purchase is finalised, you
will receive an email confirming receipt of
your
payment.
How long does delivery
take?
Oh! tillie uses
Australia Post, so you have the option of
Standard Post (1-6 working days after
dispatch) or Express Post (1-2 working days
after dispatch). Purchases made from the
Oh! tillie website will usually be
dispatched the same day. Please ensure that
the area in which your parcel will be placed
is secure, as unfortunately we are unable to
replace items which are stolen or
damaged. If you would prefer to
receive your parcel via registered post,
please send us an email at
customerservice@ohtillie.com.au
What if I am not happy
with the product I
purchased?
At
Oh! tillie we appreciate that
settings on individual monitors can vary,
therefore we are happy to exchange the
product for another item within 10 days from
the date of purchase, providing the returned
products are:
• unopened, unused and
in it’s original packaging and
condition
• in a
saleable condition
• undamaged
Please
send us an email at
customerservice@ohtillie.com.au
before making your
return and we will send you the appropriate
instructions. Please note that postage and
handling charges for returns are at the
customer’s expense including delivery fees. The
goods must be adequately packaged to ensure
that they are not damaged during
transit.
What if my delivery
contains defective
items?
We will
always thoroughly check the products before
they are dispatched, however, if you do
receive defective goods please email us
at
customerservice@ohtillie.com.au
within 48hrs of
receiving your goods and we will make
arrangements for a replacement as well as
refund the delivery fee. Please quote your
receipt/invoice number in the
email.
What is the
Oh! tillie Privacy

Any
personal information you provide us with
will never be disclosed, sold or given to
any 3rd party. For more information please

Does Oh!
tillie ship
internationally?
Unfortunately at this
stage, Oh! tillie ships only within
Australia. Please send us an email
at
customerservice@ohtillie.com.au
if you would like to
further enquire about overseas
shipping.
If I buy products for
someone else can they receive it
direct?
Yes; if
you purchase a gift for someone, the product
will be dispatched to the recipient’s
address. Once you are taken back to the
Shopping Cart page, just click on 'Return to
PayPal to change the address'. It will then
be saved for any future gift purchases. You
will receive an email confirming receipt of
your payment.
If you
would like the products to be gift wrapped
please instruct to do so by emailing us at
customerservice@ohtillie.com.au.
Gift wrapping is a complimentary
service.
